Domestic Shipping Policy.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we can not guarantee delivery time

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow one day for tracking information to update.  Please see courier websites for status and delay details.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

AK London Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Lost & Damaged Orders

AK London Lifestyle is not liable for any orders damaged or lost during shipping.

If a package arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours.  Please contact aklondoninfo@gmail.com with an image of the product and packaging materials, your name, and order number.  It will then be determined if a claim must be filed with the shipping courier, a refund should be issued, or replacement goods shipped.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

AK London Lifestyle is not responsible for lost and/or stolen goods.  Once your orders has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  Allow one day for tracking info to update.  Please see courier websites for status delay details.  If your believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the courier assigned to the order to begin an investigation.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
